Does anyone know the period to this function...?
y=3cos(-theta/3)
or the asymptotes to this function:y=tan3/2 theta ?
please and thank you
it's trig... the formula to get the period one is 2pie/b if that helps

You get the period by equating the argument of the cos function to 2π, so the period is

theta/3 = 2π

solve for theta.

The asymptote of tan functions is the argument value of π/2
