I just experienced a phenomenon at home. I found myself looking at two bright lights one on top of each other that came hovering down the stairs and stopped in the dining room, increased in brightness(silver color)and dissapeared like a flash, I was not afraid. It just felt peaceful. I was not the only one that saw it. I'm just amazed and will like to know. What it was?

Something like this happened to my aunt. She told me about it recently. She said that one night her friend and her were just chillin at the house and a bright flash of light just like flew down the hall. She said it was there in an instant and then gone and there was no explanation for it. But her friend saw it too, and there was no fear but she got a strange feeling...she couldnt explain it...i think it's pretty interesting!

Had a similar experience around 4 am with 2 other friends last night. The weather was dry, 10-20 degrees F, and lightly snowing. We were chatting in the kitchen about nothing in particular when there was a very very bright light that flashed in the upper corner of the foyer about 25 ft away. Completely silent. The light appeared to be inside and did not appear to come through the window in that area about 1-2 feet to its right (but certainly could have, eyes are tricky). That window and the angle at which we were viewing would have put the flash coming from open space about 25-30ft off the ground. We got up to see if there was a car or transformer or something outside that could have caused the light and we found nothing. I was looking at that exact area when the flash happened, my friend was looking in that general direction toward the front of the house and our third friend was looking at us and saw the light indirectly as it momentarily flooded the house and lit up our faces. The light was very very bright, lightly stressing my eyes at it s brightest, but there was no halo or spots afterwards which seemed strange since usually a bright light like that imprints on your retina and we were in a low lit room. The light seemed white, but with slight blue/iridescent quality. I d say the focal point of the flash was slightly rectangular shaped rather than spherical and was about the size of a bar of soap. Angels/spirits and portals are not really a satisfactory explanation for me as a skeptical person, but I ll certainly keep it in the realm of possibility. The most logical conclusion I can reach is that a transformer blew to the left of the window somewhere close, but when those go, they are LOUD and in my experience more often a sputter light then a pop as opposed to one quick flash. Certainly the whole thing was strange and we re having a hard time explaining what we all saw. Just wanted to record with other stories.

I think what you saw was incredible and with the calmness that you felt it does sound like to me also what Kelly said. Angels and not just everybody gets the chance to actually see what you did.
I have only seen Shadow People as you described your phenomenon at your home. I felt very peaceful with the Shadow Person I saw and could not be live in it's brilliance. I have only seen one that looked that beautiful before.
I like the fact that it could have been your guardian angel.

Part of the spirit's aura. this spirit was particuarlly powerful and knowledgeable. It could have been an angel. We get white ones, blue ones, green one, etc. Our house is like a way station for spirit grand central sometimes, as my husband gripes. Lately I've noticed a yellow one. I don't get a bad feeling from them either, they're family or guides, but this one was at the foot of the bed in the middle of, uhm you know. That's when it irks me. E-mail me if you have any more questions like this, if you want.

I had something like that about ten years ago, except it was a crescent with 3 stars and gold colored. It looked like yellow hot metal from a forge with no heat. Oddest thing I have ever seen. It just hung there in for about a minute than it was gone.

i often see sparks of bright light, i started seeing them in 2003, when my friend was home with me, she could see them to, thats when i started knowing they were real, and not just my mind playing tricks,, i still see them from time to time, and find comfort in them when ever i see them spark up.....in reseaching angels, ive come across that they are an angels pressence, i truelly believe them to be, as ive had many other angel experiences, or angel encounters....specially the fact you found peace when you saw them......

Was this a fixed point of light, or was it a general flash? It's possible you have something irritating your retina. If it persists you might want to have your eyes looked at. I know certain neurological problems can result in flashing lights. I hope this case isn't one of them.
