There is a statue of limitations on that & she would not be able to claim back child support.

Your question is vague...is there a case pending? If not and she's merely asking for some assistance on your part...then why not do what you can. If this is about your son, and it seem as though she was generous enough not to legally force you to pay back then(this is just my personal opinion only), it would be a credit to you now...and a way to do the right thing.

you probable shouldn't get right into a wedding ceremony once you're expecting your significant different to have an affair. Marriage is between 2 human beings. in case you/ your significant different cant make the dedication to stay monogamous, then the marriage will not in any respect paintings or be a healthful one.
