Not that I aware of. We've had mistletoe and climbed trees to get mistle toe since I was a kid and have never suffered any skin conditions from it. I would think that if it caused skin irritation people wouldn't covet it so badly during the holidays.
Just don't eat the berries because they are poisonous. Other than that you will be just fine. Here are some interesting facts about mistletoe and a story about the history of kissing under the mistletoe.
