If you can find a person fool enough to marry a dead beat then sure they can.

Just show up at the court, and ask for the marriage app, they'll explain the rest of for you!!!! Quit being a deadbeat dad, if you can't support 1 child, how do you plan to support a new wife!! Well,I guess she can get 2 jobs & help you out, (out of jail)

As far as I know, they can't prevent you from remarrying because you owe child support.
