Asking people to click on your ads -- especially since you put a link to your blog here -- is against the Program Policies of Adsense. You are not allowed to give incentives or ask people to click on the ads. I suggest you read the Program Policies so you know what you can, and cannot do -- or you can be kicked out from the program (and Google terminates accounts faster than you can say :"sorry")

And Google Adsense is not just about pay per click. You can earn

- everytime your ads are clicked
- if an advertiser chooses to run a CPM campaign for you, then you can get paid for every 1000 views of your ads
- you can earn via referrals

Yes, everytime someone clicks an ad, you get paid. That's why you have to go to some great effort to attract traffic to your blog. You have to get it well-known.

One major way is, get folks on other websites to link to it (especially websites that also have high traffic). You'll return the favor by linking to them, of course.

Another way is, make your blog very attractive, and useful, and give visitors a reason they NEED to be there, so they'll stay there long enough to click the clicks!

And remember, look at the AdSense help files on the useful placements for your AdSense ads. They MEAN it!

There's a very crafty and sneaky science to all this. I've won only $3.04 over four years on my website. Purdy measly, que no?

You get paid whenever someone on your site clicks on one of the AdSense ads. Advertisers can also bid to appear on your site on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) basis. Both CPC and CPM bids compete in our AdWords program to ensure that you optimize your ad revenue.

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
We have an EFT payment system available in a number of countries, which will help get your AdSense earnings delivered directly to your bank account every month without any additional effort.

How much you earn depends on a number of factors including how much an advertiser bids on your site -- you'll receive a portion of what the advertiser pays. The best way to find out how much you'll earn is to sign up and start showing ads on your web pages.
