my boyfriend ask me to have a secret married it could be valid?i am widow and i dont know how can i get married again while i am married but i am already widowed. my husband died last year. It is ok if i could married again? another problem is a secret married.it could be valid ?how can i valid the secret married?

I think you say till death do you part when you get married. Even the most conservative baptist agrees with that.

if he wants to elope, and not tell anyone, you can go to a court house or go to vegas! but... why does it have to be a secret. when your husband dies, and you get a death certificate, you can get married anytime after death. The only penalty is if there is a pending case with a spousal benefit that stops when you get remarried. and when you get married, there is a public record, so it wouldnt be a secret anyways.
if you want to marry him and not tell your old inlaws, thats different. you dont have to be in their lives anymore.
but the real question is, why do you want to get married too soon? sometimes you can meet someone great right away after, but after you lose your spouse, you are volnerable. you really need to make sure you're not being taken andvantage of. Also, you are grieving, and what you think is good for you now might not be when the cloud is lifted away.
My advise is to take more time. and ask yourself why he would want to do it secretly.

I don't know where you are from but in the USA if your husband has been deceased for a year then you are free to marry again and it would be a legal and valid marriage.
I don't really understand what you mean by "secret married" though.

Your first husband is deceased, you are a widow, you are free to marry again, at least in most countries of this world.
You do not need to get secret married.
A marriage in the US will not be valid unless you get a marriage license from the county courthouse where you are getting married.

Ah habibti.....!!!! It's great that you don't live together..as you don't wanna give him your milk for free do you? Make it a chase....make him miss you, always look new and change up your look from time to time to keep it fresh. He is also only 30 and men ususally marry a lot later than that nowadays, especially if he is educated. I know that you may think, that it's too late because you already have a child and he has seen u in bad times and good, but this is a perfect time to let him know what he may be missing, if he looses out on you. I am Moroccan, and my son is Moroccan and African American, his dad and I are not together(I'm 32, he's 35) because we are not friends, and we don't agree on parenting styles for our 11 year old.....I know that sometimes that it is a cultural difference, but I hope that's not the case with you guys. Why does he want secret married?
I think it is great that you have found love again, but you may still be grieving the death of your husband. Is there any rush?
I would think the marriage will be valid, with the proper license, etc.

A lot of widows and widowers get remarried. Your marriage to your boyfriend doesn't have to be a secret unless you live in a country where it is not permitted because of religeous law.
The only country I know of where people are not allowed to remarry after their spouse dies is India. There could be others I'm not aware of.

wow. Ok I will answer in case it's a real question.
1. Once a widow you can remarry anytime you want.
2. A secret marriage is .....well it's a 'real' marriage but you don't tell anyone. That means it's a real marriage with everything that comes with it.
3. Do not marry a man who wants a secret marriage..it's bad news.

This guy who wants to secretly marry you probably has plenty of secrets he wants to keep from you too! DON'T DO IT!!!
