if you imagine your typing questions on a computer key board when your actually in a straight jacket in a padded room, you might be insane.

ok, all the answers sound like they've "Been there, Done that", but I believe to be insane you have to make the choice to move out of reality into insanity...it's an adjustment.
Some people just cant handle "reality" (whethers its theres or not) and make an adjustment out of the reality they are "in" permanently. After all you are what you eat....
So how do you know? It's your choice....

i wonder that everyday. I think if u have the brains to ask, or wonder it means ur not insane. cuz crazy people dont know they are crazy, they think they're normal and dont even think about it....i think. who knows maybe normal is really insane and insane is normal....
