Sounds as though a fuse or two need replacing. Refer to the manual for your F100, locate the diagram showing fuses ; and it should tell you which fuse controls the turn signals and which control the instrument panel. After you find the information and it is still confusing, bring it to a good mechanic and he will fix the problem quickly.

The obvious would be a fuse and next I would check the bulbs. You have a fuse panel in your car, usually underneath the dashboard or near it. I don't know where you live , but when it's cold you may see the lights on the outside but not on the inside. The instrument panel is a separate fuse also. Change all the fuses to new ones getting the amps right. i.e. 10 or 15 or 20 . You can tell by your fuse box. Just match them. Your car could also not be reset by a code if you had any work done on it that requires it to be reset. Check the obvious things before you talk to a mechanic or someone else who might know more.

That vehicle has TWO (2) flashers they are both located I beleve close to the fuse box. first turn onthe hazards and listen for the clicking under the dash that is the hazard flasher now search around for the other one it looks just like it orrrrr maybe it may be silver in color or and be metal or be a plastic and could be one of many colors they cost about $2.50 and take about 15 min to change. Also look close in the fuses for a blown T/S fuse
there is a fuse for the instrument lights also
sometimes the instrument lights share the same fuse as the taillghts in older vehicles

First, check all the fuses. If they're good, the dash lights won't work probably due to a bad headlight switch. It's easy to change.
Make sure all the bulbs and sockets are good. There's a turn signal flasher that mounts under the dashboard, it's round and has a two wire connector that goes to it. (it's what makes that clicking noise when the signal flashes) It may be bad (or missing). There's an identical one that flashes the hazard lights.

Its most likely a blown fuse .your truck has glass fuses so shine a light on the fuses and look for a burnt center contact .
if you cant find a blown fuse replace the blinker pot.should be on the fuse panel.

It's a fuse. Find your fuse box and check the ones that are blown. Most cars label which fuse does what.
