User tracker already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
i keepm getting that. i have not been logged in for weeks so i assume it has blocked my ISP or something.

If you have a lot of Files in the Que/Client and have seeded/uploaded many of the files. Maybe you need to clear the Que and start with fresh downloads. I just guessing, as, I not see what going on.
The other thing is maybe there a lot of people downloading what you want and the tracker can not handle more connections at this time. Just another guess.
You can go here and see if your ISP in the list and how they handle Torrent Downloads.

But, I not think this the ISP as you not been on in a while. I assume they do something when you active a lot.
