I'm 16, and I do about 20-25 sit ups per day and some other exercises related to helping me achieve abs...but I've noticed something weird happens with my ground. A few months ago when I used to do sit ups, my groin area used to feel weird..but not necessarily hurt. Now, I stopped feeling it when I do push ups but I feel as if my penis is now "lighter" and I noticed I feel a weird feeling in my urethra...is this normal? Why is this happening because of my sit ups?
