Symptoms are:
gassy, VERY bloated, cramping and sometimes sharp pains on my right side,face is redder than usual, my boobs are very tender, stomach is kind of tender when I push on it and is harder than usual, and i am having more of a discharge throughout the day.
I am due for my period Sat or Sunday
Do you think theres a great chance to get pregnant after stopping after taking 13 pills?
( I am engaged, graduated from college, and we are ready for a baby)

Yes. It is possible. Early pre-menstrual symptoms mimic some early pregnancy signs, though. If you don't get your period this weekend, as usual, get an early detection pregnancy test. If you don't get your period at all for the month, go see your doctor.

Very possible. When you miss two pills, eggs start to release. So I think it's a good chance.

Yes, it's possible. Some women get pregnant after missing only one pill...or none at all. Missing half the month would make it very possible.

It's possible. It's also possible that these are all symptoms of your period getting ready to start.

Its possible but it also could be PMS symptoms. You could try a HPT. Good luck and baby dust!!
