c) I assume 0-1e means electron,mass number 0, charge -1

Since both charge and mass number must balance, ? in c must have mass number 11, charge one less than the charge on 11B. For an element, charge = atomic number = (for boron) 5. So ? is 11Be.; 4 = 5 + (-1)

d) very similar.

Easier if you write out both the mass number and the charge.
