Biology is more interesting to me -- but it's all based on chemistry. I like biochemistry.

Personally I disliked both because I had to really struggle to pass both in college, but I'd have to say chemistry. I like being able to do hands on stuff and see chemical reactions take place. Pretty cool. =)
