I think they do target certain ones. They aren't always as on the up and up they lead others to believe. And they can certainly have a slanted view ,which they often try to feed to our children, in stead of letting them decide for their own self's, by giving different prospectives, which often they don't allow. Not all of them , but definitely some do.

OMG I know, I had a Spanish teacher who said that but always picked on the same kids and when they got the question wrong, she would yell at them for like the next 10 minutes and FINALLY choose a smart kid to answer it. Thus humiliating the first kid... o.0

it is hillarious. they are SO lying. especially gym teachers. like, this one teacher (her name is coach coward) (that is NOT a nickname. that is her real last name) actually told me she hated me. well, technically...this is what she said:
you're lazy, and i hate lazy people
you see, we were playing baseball and the ball rolled past me. most of the team ran to get it. i however, didn't. i would have if i had known what to do with it once i got it. but they just expected us to know how to play. ugh. but she actually stopped the game to tell me this. and lecture me. ugh. oh well.
the same coaches in gym also always target this kid named daniel. he's been held back twice. they love to make fun of him in front of the entire class when he does something he's not supposed to (even if everyone else is doing it too). they make fun of him for being held back. he's actually not stupid. he's just not book smart. (he's really good at drawing and pretty much anything to do with his hands. he's also good at sports) but they love to pick on him. gym coaches really are cruel.
oh, and in social studies, these two guys are ALWAYS the ones to get in trouble. even when the entire class is doing the wrong thing, they are the only ones to get yelled at. teachers aren't good at lying.

Yeah, what hypocrites.
At least, me and one of my least favorite teachers always had this silent understanding that we will always get on each other's nerves, so we'll just try to ignore each other as much as possible. I absolutely hated the one who actually took me aside, supposedly to console me after I fudged at an inter-school competition, but actually just gloated and essentially said, "There, that's put you in your place."

Yeah I have him this year this one girl in my class says he is gross because he said he has eaten all these different kinds of animals and he was giving out numbers yesterday and he skipped her and gave her the last number lol

I haven't, but my friends were fooling around with this theater arts teacher all the time back in highschool
