Not exactly true...
I read the testing methods..
1. The group was self selecting...meaning they ASKED for people who WANTED to be part of a sex study...a higher % of sickos will respond to that ad than an ad asking for men who want to participate in some unspecified study..
2. After being informed of what the study was about...nearly 30% were so abhorrred they refused to participate...meaning the group left had a higher concentration of sickos left in the group..
3. Of those they tested, a 'variety' of stimuli was used, and then, and only then did 1 in 5 have 'some' response to at least one of the various stimuli...
4. While even in this group, that is still somewhat scary...it is a far cry from your inference that 20% of men are to one extent or the other, pedophiles...
