Depends what you eat first. If the anti-pasta is first, your internal content would only be sucked in air, in which what little pasta fills the stomach is limited but filling.
If you eat pasta first, that would fill you up first then the anti-pasta would fill the air gaps remaining. Either way, you won't go hungry but you will be talking out of your @ss.
