It is pretty good. There are some areas to avoid, but they are small. It is really growing so like if you were here even 5 years ago you would be amazed today....If you need any advice (i live in reno) email me.....its a yahoo email...should be able to figure it out by my user name...

Reno is a decent place and there are so many things close by like Tahoe, Virginia City, Carson City, etc. Lots of nature plus the amenities of a decent sized town. I lived in tahoe for 8 years and ooutside of Carson City for 4 years, still visit my mom there and have lots of friends there who love it.

I lived there from 1992-1999 and I loved it. Actually wish I still lived there. I loved hiking in Galena Park especially. It's a great place. If you're thinking of moving, you'll love it.

i do! its awesome! its a pretty intresting area.. i don't know.. i just love living here! the schools are great, and there are really nice frendly people!
