Is it safe to use the VCF film during my period (to protect me from pregnancy)?

Is it safe to use a VCF Vaginal Contraceptive Film-as a form of birth control during my period? Or is it less effective? Is there a possibility that it could "come out" with the blood and therefore not protect me? Thanks!

There is a possibility that it could come out when you have your period but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
