They were disappointed with my choice of spouse. It turned out they were right, but how could I hear them? They were pleased when that relationship ended. I continue to feel like a disappointment to them, but they continue to encourage and support me. They claim they are proud of me for working so hard. I wish I could be, too.

She will be when she finds out I disown any religious institution.
She doesn't like my boyfriend b/c he isn't in school or a billionaire living in a mansion.
I tried taking a year off from school to find myself, she forced me to stay.
I used to be pregnant.... sad, long ending to that.
I'll disappoint her more, but hopefully she will accept me as her daughter no matter.

After all, I make mistakes because I won't have her to guide me forever, it isn't to just p*ss her off. And I'm glad she has understood this side of me and accepted me for it.
