You could be having symptoms to an incoming period, or if you have been sexually active in the past you may want to see if you have missed any periods. Or the most simplest cause could be that you have eaten some things this week that could have given you mild food poisioning, just drink lots of fluids and relaxe. This could also be from stress.
hope you feel better !

Hi Denise...

It sounds to me that you should be contacting a doctor for more reasons than one. I do not say this to be mean. Anyhow, If you really want help regarding why you are having cramps in the stomach area, then please see your doctor so that he/she can examine you. Only then will you find out the correct reasons for your cramps.

Jopo is right on target. You can also try putting a heating pad on your stomach and taking ibuprofen (advil). If it is still bothering you Monday or if it is accompanied by fever, see your doctor or go to the hospital.

No one can tell you what is going on except for your doctor. The internet should not be your dr. Go to the dr. if you don't have one go to a clinic
