uhh i never really had to deal with a bully or someone making fun of me constantly, i was pretty well liked of course once in a while someone would tease me usually i just say something ten times more mean and they shut up haha:)
never try to deal with a bully by sucking up to them because that will just make them lose more respect for you.
don't try to beat them up, well at least not in school cause you will get suspended, who knows you might even be charged and you don't want that

You don't back down and you don't let them control you. Even if they beat you up, it isn't the end of the world. Once they know they can get what they want from you, it doesn't stop. Also start hitting the weights or learn to box or if your smaller try learning jujitsu to protect yourself, not to hurt anyone.

Stand up for yourself. 90% of them will back down. For the other 10%, get a couple of good shots in and they will respect you more. A win-win situation.

Avoid, call authorities, take a self defense class, carry pepper spray, bribe them (last resort).

1) then use the situations they put themselves into to expose them & put them in their place.

2) find out why they feel the need to make themselves feel superior.
