Crazy Santa- I notice everything and i egt why ppl wear pants: its normal. Idk why ppl wear underwear. Its weird.

More clothes means more weight and possible obstructions, which limits a bit of what they can do. As someone stated earlier,they stay cooler, and pretty much fits the same reasons why real wrestlers wear singlets.
Oh, and also to attract the women audience that watch for the hot wrestlers.

It's the whole steroid thing. They need to prove that they aren't using them by showing that there is no shrinkage. What better way than a tight pair of undies to demonstrate? It's also fear of the underwear match where a wrestler loses the match by being stripped down to their undergarments. If you already come to the ring that way than it's kinda useless for the promoters to put you in a match like that.

They wear tights to the ring, NOT underwear.
Tights are NOT the same as underwear. Maybe when you are over 10 years old you will know the difference.

Diff wrestlers have diff gear.
BDV has a singlet & tights combo.
Khali wears loose pants.
Finlay has an all-in-one vest-type thing.
Jeff Hardy wears jeans.
HHH just wears trunks.
MVP has a 1-piece athletic combo.
Each star wears what's comfortable for them i guess.

its easier to get around, and not all wrestlers wear spandex, Shawn Michaels wears Pants, and at summerslam 2002 he wore jeans! John Cena always wears short, but its easier to get around in.

It's less to get hold of. Clothing is fairly easy to grasp. Long hair is also a liability. Think about trying to catch a greased pig. Make things as difficult for the opponent as possible.

They don't it's a speedo. Some wear tights, pants ,some have even wornskirts
