I've had it since it first came out and I bought it from the AT&T store. The screen sometimes doesn't work sometimes and there is a white spot in the middle of the screen too.

Is it better to go to the Apple store or could AT&T help me too?

If you have a problem with the SERVICE - call AT&T...
But if it's with the PHONE (which it IS) - then talk to APPLE ;);););)

If you bought it at the AT&T store, I'd take it back there. They will be doing the warrenty work for it. Most likely if it's something they determine not to be water damage, if you have the insurance, they should replace it.
