Depends how long ago was your last alignment? When driving on a straight road and you let go of the wheel does your car vere to the right or left? If it does you probably need an alignment.

Not unless you change the wheels too. Just make sure that if you are using the same wheels, they are put back on the same place they were taken off. Also, make sure the tires are high-speed balanced (All 4 of them!!)

It would be advisable to at least have it checked. If you're investing in new tires, don't you want them to last as long as possible? When it comes to repairs, don't be cheap about it because it will cost you more in the long run.
