Not really. Tylenol is ultimately bad for the liver. So i stick with Ibuprofen like Advil an Motrin

Yep. Wish I didn't have to; finally decided that whatever horrible effects I got from the Tylenol. going day after day, week after week with very little sleep was worse. That being said, do try to figure out why you're not sleeping well on your own. Read as many articles as you can about how to increase your restorative sleep and do whatever is within your power to change things so that you can rest.

HA! I can't believe you just asked this. My abdomen area was hurting so I took 2 tylenol and about 30 minutes later my son came to see if I was feeling better. I told him yes because I took some pills. He said, "pills pills pills, why can't you just wait to see if you feel better?" I told him that there was no reason to sit around in pain when there was relief.
I also told him that the next time he is sick I will make sure NOT to give him any medicine to make him feel better.
He smiled and punched me playfully in the arm!

The sleep help (diphenhydramine/Benadryl) could positioned on off in approximately 4 hours. Have some coffee for now in case you have worry staying wakeful yet do not tension until you're good and arranged.

Tylenol PM makes me feel jittery and doesn't make me feel sleepy.

No I dont. I try not to take any medicine at all. I prefer to use natural remedies. I like to be in control of emotions, and what I put in my body. That is why I cant understand why people use drugs and alchohol

Last year I did because I could never go to sleep. I didn't like taking it but at least I got sleep.
