By the one and the same method I've been using all my life - AEROBICS.You can try it out too,it's funny and it really works.
Without dancing and music I must have exploded by now ;-)))

Calmly take deep breaths
Meditate and in this meditation feel the sensation of a breeze if outside
Walk away from whatever I am doing for a few minutes to recollect myself
Pray
Keep busy and try not to overthink whatever is going wrong so the stress is lessened
Try to talk to someone I can confidentially trust
Get some exercise and go out and recreate

I would like to know too!...I really dont have a great answer...But i would find somethin to take your mind off of what ever it is bothering you..and then when you feel like you can handle it...Work on what ever it is that is causing the stress..One step at a time...Thats exactly what i'm trying to do. I bought tickets to a concert 2morrow...and a plane ticket to Atlanta in a few weeks...I'm due for a vacation and i think it would help me alot...I hope i helped!
