Do we want a president who is involved in these rituals? He was married in the Mormon temple and was involved in these same kind of rituals. And believes the prophet that started these rituals was from God.

Al Gores Evil Clone you think I am a bigot? Do you know what it is like to be involved in a Cult? I do, I was a member of the LDS church for most of my life. Mitt Romney will do exactly what his prophet tells him to do. And it matters not what it is he tells him to do, he will do it. You have no idea what that could mean.

I don't think a person's religion or lack thereof should be an immediate disqualifier.

I think Mitt Romney is liar and changes his positions to suit his target audience. He does not stick to his guns. He is a flip flopper. That is what disqualifies him from the office of the President.

I'm Mormon, didn't watch your youtube link because I've seen similar and don't like to be mocked. I know what really happens in the Temple, not the slanted version. As for Mitt, I don't plan on voting for him in the primaries because I don't agree with him. An interview I read explained how he keeps alcohol in his house to serve to his guest, now in case you didn't know, alcohol is off limits to Mormons, so to me it seems hypocritical to tell your kids not to drink, but have open bottles of Alcohol in your home. Also, his stance on Abortion is wishy-washy or flip-floppy, whatever you want to call it, as a Mormon & a Christian he should understand the sanctity of life and be firmly pro-life.
So I guess you can say that this Mormon isn't voting for Mitt Romney because he is Mormon, but doesn't stick strictly by his standards. If he isn't completly true in his religious beliefs, I question his political beliefs.

Frankly, I'm not too worried about Romney even getting past the primaries! I don't give a hang about his religion, this is a free nation & whatever he believes is none of my business! I haven't heard him refer to anything religious in any of the debates, so far. I just don't happen to think that the U.S. is going to go with another Republican this time around. Why all the fuss, if the American people decide they want him, then so be it!

Why are you a bigot? Since when did religion come into a National issue? You are simplyexposing to the world that we still have bigotry and discrimination here in our country.

If you want to attack Romney, go ahead, but if you cant attack with more than that, then why dont you vote for him.

Then I would imagine you would not want Harry Reid in the Senate as he is involved in as you say "these rituals". Yes,getting rid of Dirty Harry would be a good idea too.

An interesting question is whether the religious right will reluctantly vote for him if he actually does get through the primaries.

And given what I've seen of the religious right, the answer is yes.

I really, really want the Republicans to nominate a flip-flopping liberal from Massachusetts for president.

The irony would be orgasmic.

It doesn't matter what his religous beliefs are, as he is entitled to practice them freely just like anyone else so long as he doesn't hurt or offend anyone else.
