I'm recovering from open-heart surgery and I've kept myself insulated from the news about George Bush for quite a while. He infuriates me with almost everything he does and that's something no one needs, least of all a heart patient. Unfortunately, I saw this headline and I'm off to the races!
No, there isn't one thing he hasn't destroyed, including peace of mind.
They will justify this budget cutting by the fact that they are spending our money fighting over there, not over here. This will make it easier for the ones responsible for the last national emergency to hatch another one. That's how far I think they've sunk. They are like birds that have fouled their own nest and are completely ruthless in feathering another one

Most of the States aren't spending the money properly, so hell yeah..cut their spending habits. Then, they will cry like babies (true to form with all Libs) and then it can be exposed that they misappropriated funds...thereby putting their constituencies at risk...or wait, maybe they will catch on and shut up, as they would fear not getting re-elected.
And as for you...pull your head out of your @$$.
We get WTC gets bombed under Clinton's watch. He responds by cutting spending to the Intelligence Sector. You Libs say NOTHING. Then we have a domestic terror attack, and again...more budget cuts. Then we get the Embassy Bombings, the USS Cole Bombing AND the Kobhar Towers bombings...all met with Budget cuts and Pork Barrel Spending on the part of Clinton....and you have the audacity to complain about Bush's cuts. If we would have taking the Clever away from Clinton in the first place this wouldn't be an issue right now. By the way, we had more acts of terrorism under Clinton's watch against US citizens at home and abroad than have occurred under Bush's watch...so, look at the fact Jerry's Kid...Bush is pulling it off while your golden boy couldn't.

The country is going into a recession.....and in debt by the trillions. Cutting back on the mideast military operation is only one of the many variables needed to effectively turn the economy back on the road to recovery. However, Bush is smart in the fact that he is going to wait on this initiative, and place the burden on the Democrats when they take office next year. Either way, the economy needs help, and lots of it!
Cheers
