Horse, yes. Cow, no.
I highly doubt the horse would eat meat, I know my horses hate the smell of meat.

Most of the red meat comes from cattle beasts, the males, as the cows are usually used in the Dairy industry, here anyway.

u do no that feedin cows meat causes mad cow disease,an a horse will only eat meat if its mixed w/ a lot of grain

No, because it isn't the same species as a horse, although the horse probably wouldn't eat it and if they did they probably wouldn't like it.

Probably not, but the horse that it was fed to might be considered a carnivore, but I think it's just "can-a-bull-ism".

No, it is only cannibalism if the individual chooses to eat its own kind.

not sure. i once ate my neighbor. first i put him in a coma by feeding him 97 sugar cubes then a bottle of pepper spray then well you can guess the rest...
