This happened to me once when I was like 6. I had alot of dreams that week, so I got a post-it, wrote "I'm dreaming", and put it on me. I fell asleep I was suddenly in this dream. I was in a room I've never been in before, with some kids playing and their parents on the couch. I looked at my shirt and the post it was there. I realized I was dreaming and it was so awesome!

Yeah, it's happened to me only a few times. I consciously realized I was asleep and dreaming. That's cool in itself. Then it's like watching a movie. So strange what the human mind can do sometimes. I have also had dreams that I was dreaming. Hard to explain. But I've had dreams that I was asleep and observing a second dream in that ficticious state of sleep.

I hardly ever realise that I'm dreaming (even if I'm doing unrealistic things like flying). I've tried pinching myself, but somehow I always feel it in the dream. When I do realise that I'm dreaming, I generaly end up waking up, which is no fun. I've heard of people who can change their dream world so that it's the way they want it to be, but that's not an ability I have either. *Sigh*

Yeah I do notice that Im dreaming when Im dreaming because if I didn't realize that I was I think that I would go insane or just be really scared. My family members sometimes believe that their dreams are true they don't know how to handle them. It;s funny to me

I do that a lot. I also have been able to completely go back to sleep and continue the dream.

yes, logicly, when u do this then u feel like ure awake but the thing is, its like u are unconscience, its like a deep state of slee.basicly, the only way to wake up is if someone touched u very hard(there are probably more but thats the best way.
