but try to lessen the frequency...
do something worthwhile instead... like workin in the yard...cleaning the house... or helping other people... lol....

masturbation is not really wrong if doing it once a week or month as they say is just to release the pressure or too much stress especially for guys ... but on your case you are already abusing yourself and i think not normal...try to control yourself by being busy to other things that makes you more productive...if you are old enough and on the marrying stage..then why not get married and do it with your partner... much enjoyable with someone you really love...

Yeah, I think something is wrong. Once a day would probably be healthy and I'd never criticize. To the extent you indulge, I'm wondering about your mental health. Are you anxious about anything? Do you have friends/lots of interests/a successful school or work life?
