please explain how to do this please???

In the figure below, points C, D, and F are collinear, ACF and CDE are equilateral triangles, and b + d = 90 degrees. Use a two column proof to prove that ABC is a right triangle.

YAH! I am so confused and I look at how to do it and I still dont get it...
