Nothing, the Holocaust was one of the darkest events of the human civilization. It made us wonder how evil and inhuman can we get.
Edit: I just don't think we can or even "should" justify whatever came out of the Holocaust.

I wouldn't say anything "good" came from the Holocaust, for any positive results were achieved at the cost of more than 10 million dead bodies and millions of permanently traumatized survivors. Some things attributable to the Holocaust that had some positive effects were the birth of Israel, some great literature, and a major dent in, or at least awareness of the evils of, antisemitism/intolerance in First World countries.

The world is now far more alert and aware with regards to genocide. It still happens, but on a smaller scale and the prepetrators know the world is watching. People try to stop it, but politics interferes every time. Not much of a good, but something on that scale will (hopefully..) never be able to happen again.
Also, depending on your viewpoint, the Jews got Isreal, a country of their own.
One of the darkest results, however, was Doctor Joseph Mengale's research. It was hideous, cruel and evil beyond measure, but the data the allies took from his labs advanced medical science by over a decade.

The Jews took an intellectual IQ leap...evolutionarily speaking. I don't know how true this statement is, but i read that the the ultimate evolutionary price the Jews paid for their rapid intellectual advancement, was a blunt tool-genocide of those not smart enough to escape their fate...the likes of Einstein and other intelligestia immigrated to other countries.
The evolution of man does not concern itself with the concept of morality or the suffering of individuals and this is a very cold answer to your question.

Indeed, nothing "good" came from the Holacaust. However, people learned the evil that humanity is capable of and have taken steps to understand and do something to stop it. Many survivors demonstrated a strenghth that added to the strength of human beings everywhere.
