Reputations are earned but can be replaced by NEW reputations which are also earned. Demonstrate your new behaviors and the rep will follow eventually.

Good luck; stay on your meds and work closely with your psychiatrist!

It would be like any other bad reputation or qualities you wish to overcome. Time & effort. It will take an effort on your part to not do those things. & it will take time for others to notice that you no longer do those things.

At least your ahead of the game, most don't realize their bad habits & try to correct them. Figuring out what your doing wrong is half the battle & makes it easier to move forward.

Good luck!
