I know that u have to be 16 to work at starbucks but can the work permit make a diffrence ?

You won't be able to work there, because it is law that you have to be 16 to handle hot food items.

While Starbucks policy allows stores to hire 16 year olds, you won't find many managers who are willing to do so. Employees under 18 have restrictions in the amount of hours they can work, how long they can work per day, and the types of work they can perform. Most managers in my experience, when they see an application from someone under 18, glance at it and put it in the file cabinet.

So to answer your question, no, a 15 year old has no chance at working for Starbucks.

work permits do not allow certain hazardous situations. it is up to the interpretation of the person at the location where you get the permit. it is how they view the hazards at statbucks. since you can get burned by hot coffee, they may decide against issuing you a permit.
