My eating habits are really. Like it started in the 7th or 6 Grade were i stopped eating lunch but still breakfast. I started getting my dizzyspells in the 6th grade and i went to the Docters for it They said it was because of my eating habits. Now, i'm In 9th grade and My eating habits have gotten worser. I don't eat breakfast, nor Lunch. I come home eat junk food Dinner, Then more Junkfood. Have of the time i don't get full either because when i do eat something i feel like i'm going to throw up because, My body knows i have food in my stomach.
I don't know why this is happening. I used to get full when i ate but now it's like i don't wanna get full because i'm afraid i'm going to throw it up. No, i'm not Anerxic or Bullmic I don't know what the problem is i just want it to stop. I've been having really bad dizzy spells lately Because of my eating habits too. Please help me! My parent's won't take me to the Doctors until i start eating right..But i just wanna eat Normal Again..P

You need some professional counseling...you have gotten yourself into an unhealthy cycle...get to a Dr...you can't do it on your own....good luck...

If you take a BMW and fill the fuel tank full of Dr. Pepper, it will not run. It doesn't matter how much you paid for the car; it doesn't matter how important the car is to you, and it doesn't matter how much you wish this wasn't the case.
Your body happens to be infinitely more complex and capable than a car, but like the car, it WILL NOT function without nutrition. (You can go through the motions for awhile because your body is sophisticated enough to try to break down whatever it can find that it needs based on what you put into it) but it needs vitamins, protein and minerals to function at peak performance. If you put garbage into your computer, it won't matter how special the processor is, it will spit garbage back out. The same is true of your mind and body.

Sweetie, we are all different in many ways, but when it comes to our physical needs, we are more alike. EVERYONE needs to eat a good breakfast (some protein, some fruit, some dairy, some whole grain - NOT sugar and fat)., a well-balanced lunch (mostly vegetables, then fruits, some whole grain, low-fat dairy), and same for dinner. You just can't ignore your body's needs to satisfy your tastes for junk food, or to follow some weight-loss regimen. PLEASE - follow a healthy diet, get plenty of sleep at night ( 9 -11 hours at your age), and at least 60 minutes of vigorous exercise each day. Your physical AND mental health will improve dramatically. You'll have tons of energy and a more positive attitude.

you need to eat about six small meals a day. try for example eating about every couple of hours, for breakfast a banana, yogout or toast, then a mid morning snack, then a light lunch, you get the idea. you are getting dizzy because of your blood sugar is fluctuating so much, this does not mean that you are diabetic. you don't need a Dr to tell you how to eat, you just need to eat the six small meals a day and keep the junkfood to a minimum.
