Is their substrate deep enough for them to bury themselves (up to their eyes)? These guys are couch potatos with mouths. They back into the substrate until they're almost completely buried and wait to ambush their food.

Mine liked coconut fiber (Eco Earth) and moss because it was light and easy to dig in (http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w10/copperhead_photos/PacManFrog2.jpg ). It also helps to keep the humidity high.

Also, be sure the temperature is 75-85o - the need the warmth to digest their food, so if it's too cold, they may not eat.

It might be because you just got them and they just need a chance to get used to their new environment. Give them some time but leave the crickets in there with them in case the do end up getting hungry. It may be too loud in the room you have them in, or too cold (just make sure) or maybe its too dry/humid.
