My friend wants to sell his testicals for money, and I was wondering, would his voice change after they were removed? Would his voice get more high pitch by an chance? Or is that just a myth?

No, I think once your voice has already broken, it stays like that. It might change somewhat but it won't get like it was before. Castrati (opera singers who were castrated for a high voice) had to had their balls chopped off before puberty so their voices never broke. I'm not sure what they do to people having a male-to-female sex change I think it's maybe hormone injections or vocal cord surgery?

Removal Of Testicals

No. Didn't Hitler have only one ball? And who would buy a testicle? That is a not-too-bright idea.
A guy without both testicles is called a eunuch, and lots of things would change if that happened. Look it up. He'd be singing like the Vienna Boys Choir, or Michael Jackson. He'd be a steer and not a bull. A gelding, not a stallion. He'd be the dumbest guy on earth, parting with the source of the one thing guys think is important. But if he's that dumb, he should remove himself from the gene pool. Or is this friend you? Spare the world another.

It is not a myth, but his voice will remain high only if he has his testicles removed prior to puberty and his voice dropping.
This is how the Castrati (boy sopranos) were made in Italy.

It's not a myth - they are known as castrati (check out how they used to keep the voices in an all boy's choir high!).

Its no myth. Many years ago when women were not permitted in the theater, young boys would sing the lady roles in operas. When there was an exceptional boy he would be castrated to allow him to sing the women's roles longer. He was called a Castrato.

1st of all, dismiss queens often female, silly, clueless to men's sexuality reaction. reckoning on your guy's age, there are a minimum of a number of million to 2 hundred,000,000 or greater spermatazoa in his ejaculate, omit. There should not be any issue if the efficacy of their mobility is actual looking.

Nah. The remaining will take over testosterone production for the missing one.

Depends how old he is (pre or post pubescent), testosterone affects vocal cord development in puberty. Testicles make testosterone.
