I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you saying that Heroin addicts who are diabetic have to inject insulin into their vein?

Because diabetic can adsorb insulin through fatty tissue, so it doesn't have to be taken in the veins.

when you inject heroin into your veins it gets through your system faster. insulin is not because it needs to be gradually released into your system. if you were to get too much insulin at one time, you could get sick.
