For the shear number of laughs per scene..I'd have to give it to Bruce Almighty....during its first run only...the end got sappy...but at least it was at the end

kevin smith movies, mostly the original clerks and jay and silent bob strike back. clerks came out in 94 but its the best ever soo i count it anyway, and borat is good but not a kevin smith movie.
