I'm truly sorry you're having a bad time!! Some of my good news is that I have an adoring husband that I'm crazy about, wonderful kids and grand kids, totally love my work as a teacher, have beloved kind loyal friends, lovely home, am very healthy, and so on and so on. What's even better is the fact that 15 years ago I desperately wanted to die. Hated every moment of my life, couldn't understand why I had to undergo such suffering, was worried sick about the future. Life can change in a heartbeat!!! Please do what you can about the bad stuff in your life; some is beyond your control, but some can be changed - not always easily or without strain and toil. Life is NOT just a survival test, as I once thought. Thank God that I never succeeded in ending my life prematurely; oh, what He had and has in store for me is so much grander and more glorious than I could ever have imagined! Don't give up!!!! It does get better - please give it a chance!!!!

Here is some reasons to feel better. The sun will rise tomorrow and the more you try the better it will be. I had to learn this. You see I am disabled, only recently in the last 5 yrs., and I have faced 10 surgeries in that time from heart to reconstructive surgery. I battle depression, physical limitations, and social limitations daily. But the sun will rise tomorrow as it will every day for the rest of our lives. I went back to school at age forty, achieved my life goal, spend a large amount of time with my children, and work in a wonderfully supportive office now. It will only be bad for a short time. If you keep hope in your breast pocket and cherish all the things that make life worth while then eventually a smile will never leave your face even when it is death you face. Smile your beautiful, important and special and don't you ever forget it. And all this from some one who has never met you before, but will still treat you as a Friend.

start counting your blessings...ex: you are alive, have sufficient money and such for things you need, and in the big picture of life, everyone has their ups and downs, but eventually it will pass...also, it is a waste to spend the beautiful lifetime that you have been given on something so trivial as an emotion...think of alll the people in the world who have so much less than you, and would probably do anything to be in your place...also, try taking some sort of physical activity (dance, karate, etc) or an art class to take your mind off of your sadness...its better for you...

back to the question, i am happily alive and well with family and friends that care and the gift of public education and everything else that we have in the us that gives me everything i could ever want in life...

It rained today substantially for the first time in months. I'm from Southern California and the wildfires have been so damaging. Everything is beautiful and clean! Remember to be thankful for a person today. Tell them. And go online to jokes.com and listen to the jokes. They help cheer a person up. I hope 2008 is better for you!

The good news is............you just don't know what's around the corner. A life changing event could happen tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then the day after, don't give up!
