Try www.dickblick.com and www.artistanddisplay.com both have a wide range of supplies that'll fit what you need. Of the two, I like Artist & Display best.

For mechanical pencils - my fav is Faber-Castell Locktite 9800SG

For color work, Prismacolor Premier colored pencils are simply awesome. (get the blenders too) :)
