Do you want to be her friend? Or be the friend of one of her friends? If so - make sure that is what you really want before you pursue it. If not - then completely ignore her - if she addresses you, pretend you don't hear anything - start rattling off a grocery list or lyrics to a song in your mind, don't acknowledge her presence. She might even try harder to annoy you the next time - but if you can get through two or three such encounters, she'll begin to lose interest - and you can take some quiet satisfaction knowing you triumphed in the battle of wills.
Seriously, she's not worth your time.

It depends on her meaning. If she says it to you in a derogatory manner, come up with another term of endearment that can be just as insulting. If she says it just because it's how she refers to any other female, don't sweat it...it's probably just a (rather annoying) habit.
Or, you can be mature about it and just ignore it. If she calls you "sweetie", don't respond. DO respond if she calls you by name.
Often, silence is the best weapon.

By calling you sweetie, she's being condescending. Don't let it get to you, she's like one of those girls that can't get enough attention and if you respond in any manner she likely gets off on it. I suggest you either ignore her entirely, pretend she doesn't exist or simply fight fire with fire and call her something like 'honey' or 'darling'.

Tell her to not call you sweetie if it makes you feel uncomfortable.
She's probably just trying to be nice though.

Depends on how she says it. Does it sound condescending? Does she say it to everyone? I might just say "Hey, what's up with "Sweetie" thing, baby" in a joking fashion and see how she responds. Good luck.

It depends on HOW it is said. It could be just a habit. "Sweetie", "Hon", "Baby"...all are just friendly terms to some of us and not meant to be obnoxious.
When she says it to you again, just say, :Okay, Sugar".
(Course, it depends on what the rest of the sentence is)

I'd tell her I'm not her ***** and walk away in a cool kind of way.
haha.
Then again, if she tried to punch me out, I could knock her out.
I'm pretty strong.
But I dont know, so I dont know if you take that.
If not, just tell her you don't like when she calls you that.

Well that's not the worst name she could call you.
And if she's trying to annoy you, laugh it off and dish it back to her.
She will eventually stop.
I would probably not hate it, I'd say "babe" in return. haha
