If you take away the tazers, you leave the cops with their guns again, thats why they came out with the tazers, so that crazy people don`t have to be shot. If you don`t give the cops any reason, you won`t be put down.

Obviously, the tasers have an adverse effect on the mentally challenged..ex: bi-polar disorder and schizrophrenia. I truly think in this modern time that they can come up with a reasonable means of disenabling! I believe in the cause, but, not the means.
