You tell them how concerned you are about them and this self destructive behavior they are engaging in, point out examples of how the drug has changed them, and tell them you'll do everything in your power to support them getting off the drugs. If that doesn't work, you need to give them an ultimatum to clean up or get out, and you need to be firm about it. If they choose the drugs over you (or other relationships in their life), you have to let go and let them figure it out on their own. The only exceptions would be if they are in immediate physical danger (ie, life or death) and you have the power to help them, but don't help them out with cash, no matter what kind of story they give you! I think it really depends on what kind of drugs. If it's just weed, then honestly I really don't think it's that big of a deal. I don't do it and I wouldn't want anyone I love to do it but there are worse things. If it's something really serious, you really need to talk to them. If you think they need help, then try and get it for them. If you love them then they probably need your help.

Until they realize they have a problem, there is not much you can do. I guess you could always tell the police, one time getting arrested and three months probation might wake them up.

Ask them to give it up for you, if they can't, split. Drugs and booze are two sure fire ways to ruin relationships.

I hope you aint talking about pot..If so go with it and join in..Any other "drug" is bad in my opinion..But pot isn't a drug it's a natural herb and alot less destructive than alcohol.

like illegal ones, i would not wanna be near some1 with illegal drugs, u can be in trouble and shouldnt be near around trouble, just try breaking up with him slowly
