I keep getting calls from someone who is using a blocked number and its starting to freak me out since its been going on for a lot longer than any prank caller would do. i know that I could change my number or set up my phone to not accept blocked calls, but that wouldnt solve the fact that someone is basically obsessed with me for some reason. Is there a way to find out who is doing it?

I dont think so but sall your network provider to find out...
also have them trace the calls and have the police invlolved if you find this neccesary..... you should not have to change your number !

There is probably no way to find out since it is a blocked call. BUT my guess is it is a crazy ex-boyfriend/girlfriend who isn't over you yet.

Just wait them out. They will get tired eventually unless you react and feed their frenzy. They'll go away as long as you ignore them or maybe have your phone provider block them if they can.

Call the phone company and have them check it out. If it keeps carrying on call the cops.
