Anything spicy. I never use to get heart burn, but seems lately Everytime I eat Chili, or Mexican I get heartburn.

i have one jacked-up intestinal track....... acid reflux AND an ulcer that bleeds from time to time. EVERYTHING gives me 'heartburn' LOL.
but, it's true that 'spicy' or 'fatty' foods will do that, as well as coffee or OJ or anything that's high in acidic content. that's not a myth. ♥

Tomatoes! I love them but they don't love me. I have to add sugar to eat them and when I make tomato sauce--lots of sugar keeps me from suffering. Also lemonade--but have to have sugar or honey. Spicy food.
