From the list, I'd choose Lizzie. I'm not too fond of it but I think it sounds better than Ellie or Billie.

I like Ellie the most. For some reason, I like old-fashioned names for girl. I work with a lady named Billie ... I like her but just not too fond of the name .. too boyish. And, Lizzie...makes me think of Lizzie Borden .. the lady that chopped her family up with an axe. But, also, Ellie Mae Clampett ... she make get teased with that. But, honestly, I like Ellie out of them all.

I like Ellie due to the fact it sounds nice. Lizzie is to boring and alot of s that I know have that name. Billie sounds interesting never heard that before. Its really up to you which one you like the most. I just like the name Ellie its not so common now a days.

Ellie is very cute, Lizzie I prefer the as a nickname to Elizabeth. Billie is awful for a girl and a boy.

Strangely enough I like Billie the best.
Also Ellie and Lizzie could be nick names for names like Elizabeth, Eliza, etc. So you could name her something like that and then see what happens.

I like Ellie and Lizzie
I would use Elizabeth, and call her Ellie or lizzie
So she has a cute child name and a grown up name at the same time

Billie does sound like a boy's name. I like Lizzy the best. It is probably less common than Ellie.

Ellie, it's pretty and sweet and you could always shorten it to Elle if you wanted.
Lizzie is a nickname, not a name. If you want to name her Elizabeth and call her Lizzie that would be okay.
Billie makes me think of a Michael Jackson song.

Lizzie-Elizabeth. Ellie is too common, and there are too many names short for Ellie, and Billie is a boys name for William.
