People feel that blaming hip hop for all the negativity & violence going on because a lot of the songs depict violence, drugs, sex, etc. Which I don't think is right or the answer to all things that's going on in today's society. Why would anybody want to go out and take another person's life or do drugs just because they heard a rapper in a rap/hip hop song rapping about it?! Come on now, I don't think people are that stupid and it is a lot of stupid people in the world! There is so much more that we can focusing our attention on than attacking hip hop. Find something else better to do with your time!

That is just a moron talking, there was murder way before their was Hip Hop. If that's true then can we blame the Italian Mafia on Italian music? I will tell you this though, we can blame morons that think that way for our wonderful President. He was elected, not once, but twice, because of people believing this way.

I still cant believe Sean Taylor died, but like eveyrone else said... hip hop will always be the scapegoat of America's problems, so there's nothing to really say but "I know"...

I think need to reevaluate things. I mean granted a lot of violence can be attributed to hip hope, but I don't think hip hop is under that much fire lately.

I don't blame it for violence but I do blame it for people not being able to use good spelling and grammar on the Net anymore.
